It was nice and the service writer was very courteous.

We brought our truck in for transmission issues. It was late in the day, and we, didn't really expect that the truck would be seen that day, but the next day came and went without as much as a phone call, text, or email. Now in the meantime, we only have one vehicle and had to rent a vehicle, which costs $65 per day. The right thing to do would have been to say we can't look at your vehicle until 3 days from now. Could you bring it in then? This isn't the first time we have brought our truck in for service and have had to rent a car for no reason. It's frustrating.

From scheduling my Yukon for service, interaction with the Service representative, actual service event, and checkout, the folks at Dossett GMC were very efficient and effective. I was most impressed with the dealership’s attention to detail and time management. Would strongly recommend Dossett GMC to all.

I never intended on buying a vehicle that day, I was really just looking, I call ahead and spoke with Mr. Jimmy Smith about a vehicle I saw on Dossett's website, we talked for a few minutes and I told him I was going to come and look at the 2026 Canyon AT4. When I arrived Mr. Jimmy had it parked out front waiting for me. I have bought a lot of trucks in my lifetime, 90% of them from Sellers Chevrolet, when I seen the truck, there was no need for Mr. Jimmy to even give me a sales pitch. At that point, we went from getting the value of my trade-in to the finance paperwork. Everybody, from the Finance personnel to other sales people were super nice and friendly, even the Receptionist and I talked about our favorite football team. I could not have asked for a more pleasant and easy experience . Mr. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure I got everything out of my trade-in and explaining everything about my new Canyon, he is to be commended for and outstanding job, matter of fact the whole Dossett team should be commended !!

I dropped my truck off expecting it to take a few days. I was called the next morning with an update and my truck was ready to go the following afternoon. I was kept informed the entire time and the issue was handled in a timely manner. Great customer service. Will be back for sure.
