while my car was in the shop for an extended period of time for a warranty repair of my transmission, the dealership stayed in touch with me with regular updates from the counter and the service manager. i was given a loaner vehicle until my service was complete. excellent job

We brought our truck in for transmission issues. It was late in the day, and we, didn't really expect that the truck would be seen that day, but the next day came and went without as much as a phone call, text, or email. Now in the meantime, we only have one vehicle and had to rent a vehicle, which costs $65 per day. The right thing to do would have been to say we can't look at your vehicle until 3 days from now. Could you bring it in then? This isn't the first time we have brought our truck in for service and have had to rent a car for no reason. It's frustrating.
